About this yatra
Char Dham is the yatra every Hindu family dreams of doing once — the four sacred abodes in the Garhwal Himalayas, each with its own river, its own story and its own climb. It is also a yatra where planning decides everything: road conditions, registration, darshan timings, and where you stay each night.
We plan Char Dham in the traditional order — Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath — from Haridwar, with enough nights in between so that elders are never rushed. Mandatory Uttarakhand registration is done by us, pony, palki or helicopter is arranged wherever the climb is hard, and a tour manager stays with the group from the first aarti to the last.
Highlights
- Darshan at all four dhams in the traditional order
- Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, Haridwar
- Helicopter option for Kedarnath
- Mana — the last village of India — near Badrinath
- Mandatory yatra registration done by our team
- Comfortable riverside hotels, breakfast and dinner included

Questions about Char Dham Yatra
What is the best time for Char Dham Yatra?
May–June and mid-September to October are the most comfortable months. July–August is monsoon season with a higher risk of landslides; we advise families with elders to avoid it.
Is Char Dham Yatra safe for senior citizens?
Yes — most of our Char Dham yatris are above 60. We keep a slow pace, choose hotels with easy access, and arrange pony, palki or helicopter for Yamunotri and Kedarnath.
Is registration compulsory for Char Dham?
Yes, registration with the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board is mandatory for every yatri. We complete it for you using your Aadhaar details.
Can we do Char Dham by helicopter?
Yes. We offer a road yatra with helicopter for Kedarnath only, and also full Char Dham helicopter packages from Dehradun for families who want the shortest, easiest option.
