Terms & Conditions

By booking a spiritual journey with Kacher Travel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the traveler) and Kacher Travel.

1. Booking & Payments

To confirm your yatra, a non-refundable advance payment is required. The balance payment must be settled in full at least 21 days prior to the departure date. Failure to do so may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking without refund.

2. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Health Disclosure: Pilgrimages to high-altitude areas like Mount Kailash, Mansarovar, and Kedarnath are physically demanding. Travelers are required to disclose any pre-existing health conditions. We reserve the right to request a medical fitness certificate signed by a qualified physician.
  • Documentation: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, and permits are valid for the duration of the yatra. Kacher Travel provides guidance but is not liable for denied entry due to invalid documents.

3. Conduct at Religious Sites

Pilgrims are expected to maintain the sanctity of religious sites. Kacher Travel reserves the right to terminate the journey of any traveler whose conduct is deemed disrespectful to the local culture, religious traditions, or disrupts the harmony of the group, without any refund.

4. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, factors outside our control—such as inclement weather, political instability, border closures, or landslides—may necessitate itinerary adjustments. Kacher Travel reserves the right to modify the sequence of events or travel routes to ensure traveler safety, without compensation for minor changes.

5. Liability Limitations

Kacher Travel acts solely as an organizer and agent for the service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). We shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death arising from natural causes or traveler negligence.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the yatra.
  • Any indirect or consequential loss caused by delays or service failures by third-party providers.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
