"Jai Mata Di" — the call echoes all the way up the Trikuta hills, day and night, as lakhs of devotees climb to the holy cave of Mata Vaishno Devi.

Arrive Jammu / Katra
Pickup from Jammu railway station or airport, or the overnight train from Delhi. Check in at Katra and rest. Yatra registration.
Yatra to Bhawan · Darshan
Start early — walk the 13 km path, or take pony, palki, or helicopter to Sanjichhat. Darshan at the holy cave, then Bhairon Baba by ropeway.
Rest / Shiv Khori
Rest day in Katra, or an optional trip to the Shiv Khori cave temple.
Departure
Shopping for prasad and dry fruits, then drop at Jammu for your journey home.

How can senior citizens do Vaishno Devi?
Elders can take the helicopter to Sanjichhat and then a pony or battery car, or a palki for the full route. We plan the easiest combination for your family.
How do I get the Vaishno Devi helicopter?
Helicopter tickets are released on the official Shrine Board website. We help you book on the official portal; in peak season seats are limited.
Is the RFID yatra card compulsory?
Yes. Every yatri must carry an RFID yatra card, issued against a valid photo ID. We arrange it for your group.
